Photon iso-effective dose calculator

For the moment, this webapp allows you to calculate photon iso-effective doses for head and neck tumors treated with BNCT. The radiobiological parameters of the model are based on in-vivo tumor control data. Additional models will be added in the near future. The formalism of the calculation is described in the following publications:

An excel table listing the four main absorbed dose rate components in BNCT is needed for calculations. Column headers are not allowed in the table. The information must be organized as follows:
